Legal Services through the Law Office of Jesus F. Partida can be obtained through a onetime fee-for-service (for single actions), or a Legal Retainer, which is a fee paid upfront by the client to secure the services of an attorney for more extended actions.

Legal Retainer: Explained
A legal retainer fee reserves employment with an attorney, to guarantee that the lawyer will be available to take a particular case and/or as compensation for future legal services.  Your retainer is held in a client trust account to pay for these services, which are detailed in your retainer agreement. As we work on your case, legal fees will be subtracted from your retainer as incurred, until the retainer is exhausted. Once your retainer is exhausted, our firm would then bill you for any additional time spent on your case, or ask you to pay an additional retainer.

Clients will be sent periodic bills for fees and costs incurred. Client may request a bill at intervals of 30 days or greater, and our firm will provide the requested bill within 10 business days.
